CHMOD list dump

Post by Ky »

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way in CoreFTP or another program that will dump the entire list of folders and files along with its CHMOD permissions?

The idea is to have a backup list of files and permission so I know what I had versus what the server thinks I had. Then I can change it back as needed.

I am think something like this....
777 /folder1
775 /folder1/myfile
700 /folder2
700 /folder2/subfolder
666 /folder2/subfolder/myfile
...

:D

 I think this would be a neat feature for CoreFTP too since it already builds a list of files for the queue!! Having a permission column will be awesome !!

Thanks for reading my post.

Thanks CP for a quick response...

I saw this option already but it only shows the directories. I am looking for all folder, subfolders, and files.

Similar to the way the queue list files when you drag a folder to queue. It would list everything.
