-dir using SSH (v 2.1 build 1575)

Post by NHead »

With build 1575 I am still not able to capture a directory listing when using command line.

One thing works now - I am now able to SEE a dir listing (this failed before build 1575).

SO this works to access profile name EDIALTSX:

coreftp -site EDIALTSX

But I am unable to capture the listing to a local file. This is my attempt (I have also tried -dir):

coreftp -site EDIALTSX -dira \ c:\log.txt

Here is my result (ip hides actual ip address, and username is my user ID):

Started on Tuesday August 12, 2008 at 17:00:PM
Resolving ip.ip.ip.ip...
ip.ip.ip.ip connecting...
SSH-2.0-WS_FTP-SSH_1.0

ssh-rsa
PWD
Current directory is '/users/username'
Keep alive off...
CWD
CWD \
permission denied...
directory error

Data port failed
Error loading directory...

Immediately afterward, I tried to click "Advanced" to review my settings - this caused a "critical error." I had to "End Task" to close CoreFTP.

When I double-checked the settings, I had all defaults except "Connection" set to SSH/SFTP

Thanks for any suggestions!

Thanks for your reply. I tried:

C:\Program Files\CoreFTP>coreftp -site EDIALTSX -dira / c:\log.txt

Result:
