HELP: The request name is valid + was found in the database.

Hi can anyone please help me with this please?

I keep on getting the error message:
Cant establish connection-- the request name is valid and was found in the database, but does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.

I'm trying to get in using the FTP connection and i really dont know where to start, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Might be a DNS propagation issue (new domain). Usually clears itself up within 24-48 hours.
