STOR CreateConnection failed

Hi,

We have a Konica Bizhub 7272 which has a "Scan to FTP" function and I'm trying to get it to work with a Core FTP server. It seems to connect and log on okay but the transfer fails, here's the log:

The Konica has minimal options for FTP setup; host address, directory, userid, password, port, and timeout, that's it.

Any ideas why this isn't working?

Thanks, CP! You were right, it was a security issue. I tried disabling the firewall for a second and it worked fine. Now I just need to figure out the range of ports the Konica is using and tell my firewall to allow them.
