On further testing the compression facilities, it seems that sub-directories are ignored.
I have tried to upload a directory with all the compression options (upload, local file, queue) with the same result.
If the directory only contains sub-directories then the zip file has zero length. If there are files inluded then only the files are zipped.
Is there a setting somewhere to include sub-directories?
Also, what is the difference between Upload and Upload as Path?
Thanks.

Thank you.
Just to clarify, Upload as Path is purely cosmetic as to how it appears in the queue - the end result is the same.
If that is correct, I can understand Queue as Path, but why then have Upload as path?
The compression subdirectory issue should be resolved in build 1427. Thanks for reporting it! :)
Tested and seems fine - thanks.
Just a small point, when it is queued it shows a size of 0.
