ports (TLS with border manager)

I am using border manager 3. We have opened ports 21, 22 in the TLS mode, and passive is checkd. Are there any other ports I need to open in order to complete connection? It typically times out otherwise. I can use core outside the firewall with ease. Thanks Robert
