Hello CoreFTP,

We are a licensed user (2 different licenses, w/2 different businesses).
We have sent a few emails over the past several days, without any replies.

It would be appreciated if you could reply emails... or do we need to change to another FTP server?

When sending in questions to support, make sure to include your license information or order number.

The license information can be found by going into Core FTP Server -> System Menu (upper left icon) -> About

You can select the license information by dragging over it, right click, copy.

That obviously does not matter.
I even included our original receipt and license key in a couple of emails and still no responses.

FYI...when accessing the system menu, an error is received.

I couldn't find any of your emails, they may have been rejected. Possibly try another email address in case your domain is being blocked for some reason.

This issue has been fixed in recent versions, try installing a more recent build over your existing build.
