Backing up site profiles

Backing up site profiles

Is there an easy way to back up all the sites that I have in CoreFTP? I looked through the program files and I couldn't find them to copy them over manually.

I am using V1.2 build 1164 on WinXP pro

So if I install the newer version will I loose all my sites or will it just go over top?
