CHMOD Custom Commands

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a cgi script to enable a password protect on my website. In order to do so I must alter the permissions on some files to 775 or 777. In order to do that I need to use the custom command CHMOD. The help file is BEYOND VAGUE and does not even tell me where to use this custom command or how. Can someone please help me?

Reading back a ways I found it. Thank you.

The HELP files should be MUCH more specific. Any more vague and you shouldn't even bother with them. But this forum is a nice idea. Thank you

P.S. For those who have the same question in mind: once the file is uploaded right click select properties and enter the value.
