Client Remote Folders Not Showing

I have a customer for whom I have created an SFTP folder. I personally use FileZilla, and was able to test the connectivity as well as view the subfolder structure. However, when the customer (who uses CoreFTP LE lite) connects, he is unable to see the subfolders. I then downloaded CoreFTP to try and duplicate the issue, to help resolve it. I can connect and see all the folders just fine. I have confirmed that his Directory/Folder settings (under Advanced Site Settings) mirror those of mine, and I have scoured the web and these forums, to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing him to not see these subfolders? Some sort of setting maybe? Thanks in advance for your help!

Try unchecking the "PASV" option. If that doesn't work, post the client log showing the error.
