Images not uploading?

Hello again all,
Now I can upload alright I went to add a photo from "my pictures" and it wont upload I get a NTL 404 message basically stating the file may heve moved etc. Please can anyone help I have tried eg manipur.jpg and this didn't work and the full directory eg my documents\my pictures - can anyone shed any light please. The pics are all jpegs.

If I open my pictures folder the adress bar shows at the very top of the page (not selected on any particular pic, then I added the name of the picture...
C:\Documents and Settings\Ian\My Documents\My Pictures

I then uploaded the "index" file as I would to upload htlm, this does upload the html but not the pictures- does this help?!

Cp, I have figured it out it was me made a amall html error causing the image not to show!

Thanks anyway- sorry I have been a pillock as usual.
