Does the synch tool go into subdirectories?

I have a huge site and I hate eating the bandwidth to do a fresh backup every month. I love the idea of the synch tool, but it seems like it'll only synch the directory I choose and none of its subdirectories.

Is there a setting somewhere that I can set to tell it to synch the entire site or all subdirectories of a selected directory?

sweet! (i've found a synch tool until then, but it's not very easy to use... I look forward to having it in an all-in-one package)!

Hi, how is this coming? Can the synch tool now traverse sub directories?
