ftp access using a Microsoft proxy server

Hi,

I wonder if someone could help me with the following problem.

I am using Core ftp Lite behind a Checkpoint firewall. Access to the Internet is via a Microsoft Proxy Server.
None of the clients behind the firewall have ftp access but the Microsoft Proxy server does.

Under Site Manager, I select my site and then click on the 'Advanced' setting for the Host/IP/URL.

On the 'Advanced Site Settings' I select 'Proxy' and then select 'HTTP 1.1'.

Proxy Host - Name of Proxy server
User Id - NT domain account
Password - NT domain password for user Id above
Port - 21

I then click 'Connect' - after a while it comes back with the error

"Can't establish connection ->site.address:21 @ ...."

Am I missing something ? I can access the web site using ftp, from Internet Explorer, but I am using Core ftp Lite for full 'drag and drop' ftp functionality.
