I am pulling my hair out on this.
No matter what I do I cannot get directly to the home user directory when logging in on an ftp setup
I login and if I ls I get 550 permision denied, I have to cd to the home directory or cd / to then be able to do stuff. presumably I am actually sitting in the root folder straight after login which is not ideal.
This behaviour is not the same on an sftp style setup.
I have base + user and locked in directory ticked etc etc
Can any body help me?
