Core FTP

Thanks for the wonderful program! I have to automatically upload some weather data onto a webserver. Due to some quirks of our firewall (which I couldn't overcome :oops: ) Windows's built-in FTP client couldn't upload anything. Similarly failed many other FTP clients, like WinSCP.
