Ok, so what do I change my Domain/IP to?
Yeah, I've forwarded the port to the local address. Firewall has been disabled, for the purpose of getting this to function. I'm not sure if my router has those options. All it has is the public and private ports, that I notice.

Re: Bind on 192.168.0.105 port (21) failed... Error - 10013
The IP address did change. It went from 105 to 101. I should set the IP to static. Although in order to get it to launch successfully, I had to completely remove all the microsoft stuff related to ftp's.
Thanks for the help!

Bind on 192.168.0.105 port (21) failed... Error - 10013
Received this error [ Bind on 192.168.0.105 port (21) failed... Error - 10013 ] when attempting to launch my server. I have forwarded the port on my router, and turned off any firewalls/antivirus/etc.
