Core FTP

I think this was due to multiple user accounts used in setting up the application. I uninstalled, removed the files and registry entries, reinstalled and set to run as system account. We'll see how it goes.

Ran Windows updates on a 2016 server and now CoreFTP will not let clients connect and the configuration shows empty.
