CoreFTP LE has been working fine, until I switched from Windows XP to Vista x64. I don't know if the switch is the cause of my problem, but since then I haven't been able to connect to my FTP-sites without first establishing a connection to them through another client.
For now, I'm establishing the connection through my browser, then connecting through CoreFTP - and it works great! But it'd be pleasant to leave Opera out of this.
When I try connecting to my FTP-sites without first connecting through another client, I get the following error:
Resolving ftp.host.com...
Connect socket #1312 to 191.7.84.41, port 21...
Can't establish connection --> ftp.host.com:21 @ Fri Jul 18 10:13:03 2008 (0-5)
I've tried searching these forums, Googling and talking to people via IRC but have got no closer to solving my problem. So thank you for your time, I hope someone has got a clue!
