Adding a new site: Error

I'm new to all this... so this is probably a stupid question for all of you, but... I'm on Windows XP (2) and am I entering the correct information here or is this not the proper method of entering a new site? Am I missing info here with the host/ 67.15.129.13 (host ip)/ actual site link...? Thanks in advance for any support provided.

Can't establish connection --> http://s15.invisionfree.com/The_Tetractys/index.php:0 @ Thu Jan 26 08:59:01 2006 (11001-100)
No such host is known.

That's a web hostname. Try "s15.invisionfree.com" (no quotes) for your hostname or find out what the IP of your FTP server is.

Okay, I tried that and that didn't work, but I slightly altered it and this is what I got...

esolving s15.invisionfree.com...
Connect socket #684 to 67.15.129.13, port 0...
Can't establish connection --> s15.invisionfree.com:0 @ Thu Jan 26 17:35:23 2006 (0-5)
Resolving s15.invisionfree.com/The_Tetractys/...

The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.
