Allow Up arrow to "My Computer"

Allow Up arrow to "My Computer"

I'd love it if the GUI for browsing the local files (Window) allowed the up arrow to work to the "My Computer" and perhaps even the "Desktop" level. I don't like using the separate "Directory Tree" window to change drives.
