Start and minimize to system tray commands

Hy

Would like to know if there is a command switch to minimize mini ftp server to system tray

Ex. msftpsrvr -start -(switch to minimize to system tray)

I don't see an answer to this question. I, also, would like to have the mini-server show as an icon in the system tray instead of the task bar. Is that possible?
