How to save Site Manager in Core Ftp Lite ?

Hi im sorry if i posted this in the wrong forum,but i dont know which forum should i post this 1

Anyway,is there a way to save or backup the Site Manager list ? I can see import option there,but how can i export it ? I want to reformat my hd and i want to save all the FTP login i have in my site managed list

will this option to save the site manager file to a txt file you can later import into upgraded freeware corefepts be available in the future? thanks.
