It would be great to be able to control adanced settings from site connection from command line. One of the servers i needed to script upload/download with would not work without "Use putty compatible SFTP" setting on and I could not find any way to set it as default or set it through command line. I ended up rewriting my script using PUTTY's PSCP utility. I would have much rather used CoreFTP.
