Hey guys,
I've recently set up the coreftp server as an SSH SFTP server, i've got a group and a user on it and have set up the permissions correctly for the home directory, which is fine and can be written to and read from (no deleting but that's on purpose)
My issue is that if that user creates a directory within the home directory, they cannot access it, if I create the directory within the home directory they cannot access it also.
I've checked the user permissions, I have set up full access to the home directory and all folders below it in the FTP settings, have stopped and started the server several times and still no joy, just a 'permission denied' whenever I try and get into either folder..
I've checked the windows permissions and they are the same for the home directory as they are for the directories below so I can't see how that could be the issue but i'm lost now!
If you've got any ideas i'd well open to trying some stuff out, i'm sure it's just something i've forgotten or not set right. Also have made sure that "Lock user in home directory" is unticked..
Thanks in advance,
Paul
