How can I login with NULL password?

I have to send files to a computer with Username only and no password.
Whenever I leave password field empty I get the message:

530 Please login with USER and PASS.
Keep alive off...

What should I do?

Under the advanced settings for a site profile, there is an option.

Click your site profile, press the advanceded button, select general, and check "don't prompt for password when empty".
