mini server crashed on server2019

HI,
I hope this may highlight an issue on this version as well as the paid version.

1. mini server crash as soon as I click "start" after GUI launch without entering any settings. - version 2.28
It crashed also after entering settings like id/password etc and click "start".

2. no issue with version 2.25, it worked flawlessly.

both versions run from downloads folder as well as c:\users\administartor\documents folder with same effect.

The core dump is - (first few lines below): NOTE the server is 2019 not 2012 as reported in the core dump below.

mini-sftp-server.x64 25Sep2021 build #, caused an Access Violation (0xC0000005)
in module mini-sftp-server.x64 25Sep2021.exe at 0033:000000004002AB04.
