SFTP: Failed to open the directory:

I have Core FTP Server set up and need to have both FTP and SFTP available on it. I currently just have one domain set up as FTP on port 21 and have the SSH/SFTP box checked and the SSH port set to 22. Am I correct in thinking I should be able to connect either by FTP or SFTP simply by specifying the correct port in my FTP client?

I am able to log in on port 21 fine, but when I try on port 22 it gives me this error:
"Failed to open the directory: /es/QFGI/. Access is denied."

The folder it should be accessing is c:/sites/QFGI.

Any ideas? Would it be better if I had two domains set up, one for FTP and one for SFTP?

You should be able to use both protocols with the same domain and account.

Which build is being used? It may be an older bug or simply a typo in the permissions. Try reselecting permissions using the "..." buttons to the exact directory.

Looks like you have "lock user in home directory" turned on, is the users name /es/ by any chance?
You notice your folder structure does not match?
