"Overwrite if never"-Bug on builds 1423.0, 1423.2

I want to transfer local files to my ftp site, but only newer ones. I select a directory, press upload, file-exists-dialog appears, THEN:

If I select "Overwrite if newer" everything is just fine.

BUT

if I check "use this selection anytime..." and press "Overwrite if newer", ALL files on the target site get overwritten!

BTW: why does this "use this selection anytime..."-setting last until I quit CoreFTP? I'd prefer it to last only for the current transfer queue.

Didn't realize that "Overwrite if newer all"-button

The arrangement of buttons somehow made me think, all buttons on the right mean "anything but overwrite", e.g. "Skip all", .... sorry.
