Access Rules Batch Paste

Is there a way to paste a range of subnets in the Access Rules? For example I wanted just everyone in the US to access my server instead of typing one by one below, paste it in a file that resides somewhere?

I think i found it.

C:\Program Files\CoreFTPServer\config.dat

[Access\1,0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255]
1,0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255=
[Access\0,0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255]
0,0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255=

[Access\1 = Deny
[Access\0 = Allow
