32-bit MSI installer SFTP module fixes

"High Crypto" is off by default for OpenSSL which allows connections to "Medium" level security servers (SSLv3/RC4/MD5). Since v1.0.x this was not enabled and may have resulted in the inability to connect to servers.

Build 1893 has a SSL certificate crash issue that is fixed in this build. Install if you are having issues connecting to new SSL/TLS/FTPS servers.
