Can't establish connection - even with site in tutorial
I used to be able to transfer files with no problems I recently moved/changed ISP and since then have not been able. I have unistalled and re-installed core FTP and then ran through the tutorial - but I got the following message: 'Can't establish connection-->ftp.microsoft.com:21@(date time etc) An ...
