Like some others, I would like to be able to map virtual paths to the same drive, it seems very odd that the current behaviour won't allow it. Just in case it helps (becos it helped a display/UI issue in [i]my[/i] Vista), try

Right click on Site Manager, Fonts, Reset Fonts.

Ok, some more poking around has solved my problem, and may help the one above.

Right click on the sites, select Font -> Reset Font.

After that, all is good, couldn't be easier.

I have similar but not identical behaviour on my Vista64 laptop. The same CoreFTP Lite installation was running fine on the laptop, and also from other machines (shared program folder, including config file).
