Core FTP

I just downloaded and installed Build 1861 and I'm having severe problems with Godaddy Cpanel accounts. When I try to upload a file, CoreFTP adds a subdirectory and puts the file there. I had to use Filezilla to remove 6 levels of 'public_html' directories.

I installed Core FTP LE Build 1857 (32-bit standard) because I'm having problems connecting to FTP sites on Godaddy's Cpanel accounts. Most of the time it just hangs and then sometimes connects. For what it's worth, Filezilla does not have this problem.
