Core FTP

Hi all I have CoreFTP LE v.2.2 on Windows 8.1. I can log into my ftp area OK. When I drag a file from my laptop into the right hand panel, the Bytes column goes immediately to 100%, the Rate starts at 100's of KB/s and slowly decreases to less than 10KB/s, decreasing at a rate which slows down expon...
