i tried your suggestion, but it's still not working. In fact in the logs i'm getting this message. 426 Data connection closed, file transfer INS_DEF_020106_results.csv aborted.

I can upload files without any problems. I uploaded a 17kb and 34kb .csv file. When I downloaded them it showed in the left window pane that it downloaded the entire file (showed the correct file size). When I looked at the files it downloaded it shows 4kb for both files and only about 10 records ar...
